Get on your knees

Get on your hands and knees and clean the floor with an old towel, some vinegar or natural cleaner. There's nothing subservient about this. It's good for the ego to be on your knees.

If you don't want to clean your floor in this fashion because your knees are sore or you think you're too old, get on your knees once a day anyway. Try child's pose, or praying to whomever or whatever you see fit.

Light a candle or observe a flower, and be thankful for your family and friends.
